Our Story: From Behind the Scenes, to Building Dreams
At my core, I am a creator. My journey, whether it was from a 20+ year career as a cinematographer and filmmaker or the new pursuits in sustainable property developer and hospitality, I’ve always been focused on storytelling in space.
A deep passion for design and a desire to address our global housing crisis gave me the inspiration to explore the built environment with focus and determination.
Key milestones include advanced education in sustainable architecture, including LEED and Passive House certification, and a growing portfolio of completed properties that reflect my values of adding gentle density through infill development and the rehabilitation of neglected properties within the heart of their community.
I believe that everyone should have the ability to access housing, and that those spaces should feel lived in, loved, and lasting.
